How different postures can help different diseases or injuries, incorporating Rebecca's understanding In Kundalini, Ashtanga Hatha, and Pre-natal.

what to bring for overnight stays:
clothes for yoga and hiking
personal toiletries
towl
slippers
bug repellant
camping gears if applicable

a small torch
musical instrument if you play,esp. a drum for drumming circle
your own yoga mat(optional, only if you wish to use your own private mat)
water bottle or your own mug
your own bow/chop stick/spoon
beddings of your own

* uppon registration you will pay the retreat fee and rented(free of rent) item deposites, including:
50yuan for quilt, 50yuan for quilt cover, 50yuan for bed sheet, 15yuan for pillow, 15yuan for pillow cover, and 20yuan for key
* you will receive full refund of the deposites by returning them when checking out, while if damages or losts were found the conresponding deposite will not be returned
* you will make the bed by yourself after registration, with the rented beddings
